House Rules, The Fine Print
Admission Policy
mad46 welcomes everyone 21 years of age or older. Doors open at 5pm Monday through Friday with food service from 5pm to 10pm daily. Throughout the season on Saturdays mad46 opens the doors from 8pm to 2am with a live DJ and dancing. There is never a cover charge to get in but please note that final admission is always subject to venue capacity limitations.
Reservations
Reservations are not required but are recommended for groups of 6 or more guests. To make a reservation please send an email with the time, date and number of people in your party to mad46@rooseveltnyc.com. You will be sent a reservations form for completion and once we receive it, mad46 will send you a confirmation if space is in fact available. We do take a credit card to hold the reservation, however we do not charge the card unless you do not call to cancel before 4pm on the day of your reservation and do not show up for your reservation. Reservations are held for 20 minutes. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS PAST NOON FOR THAT DAY.
We do encourage groups of all sizes to join us at mad46 but, if you have not made a reservation, ask that you check with our hostess for availability as tables are reserved for waitress service including events and guest list reservations. Our new indoor lounge now has available seating for cocktail service and we do our best to accommodate the needs of all of our guests.
Private Events
For groups of 10 or more guests, we do offer private catered events. These events take place in a private roped off area with your own designated professional servers and bartenders. These events are available 7 days a week and can accommodate up to 200 guests. mad46 does require a minimum of 50 guests for private events taking place outside of normal business hours. Dress Policy
mad46 asks that our guests come dressed in a Smart-Casual style. We do permit nice dress jeans, sneakers and most hats, however we ask for no ripped/torn jeans, sports jerseys, track suits or other athletic wear, tank tops or cut off shorts. The lounge attracts an upscale professional crowd and you will find many of our guests in suits and business casual attire.
Bottle Service
Although bottle service is not required we are happy to offer our guests a complete bottle service menu on a nightly basis. Bottle service is available only through your cocktail service at your table. We are happy to accommodate those guests who wish to have priority admission and priority table seating through a 'bottle service' request: One bottle of liquor for every six guests. Please remember that admission is always based on venue capacity and all of our guests must be 21 or over.
Food Service
The mad46 lite fare menu offers our guests a selection of both hot and cold appetizers. This menu is available to all of our guests Monday through Friday from 5pm to 9:30pm. Click here for our complete menu.

Rain Policy
mad46 recently opened the new indoor lounge, adjacent to the rooftop terrace. This space can comfortably accommodate up to 70 guests and is open on a nightly basis, unless a private function has rented out this space. If you have made a reservation, we do intend to accommodate you in the event of inclement weather. Please refer to the reservations section for our guidelines and cancellation policy. Additionally, we have added retractable awnings to the rooftop to shield our guests from the elements. We encourage you to still come to mad46 and join us for a cocktail or two even if it looks like rain.
